Merlot: Our 100% Merlot combines the aromas of berries and violets with notes of plums and caramel on the palate. Great fruit concentration combined withFrench oak, this wine can be enjoyed now and also has excellent cellaring potential.

Merlot/Malbec/Cabernet Franc: This Bordeaux varietal blend is our flagship wine and is normally comprised of approximately 50% Merlot, 35% Malbec and 15% Cabernet Franc. It provides rich chocolate notes on the front palate combined with red berries and blackcurrants. Well supported by French oak.

Cabernet Franc: In exceptional vintages, we may bottle a gorgeous stand-alone Cabernet Franc. With floral aromas and a sweet chocolate front palate, this wine has rounded tannins and notes of pepper and tobacco. Matured in French oak. Cellars well. A consistent medal winner.

Rose: Occasionally we produce a Rose. This is normally made from the free-run juice from our Merlot grapes. It has strawberry notes and is a dry fresh clean style that is great to accompany lunches or summer BBQs.  

Chardonnay: This elegant Chardonnay was barrel fermented and matured on lees in French oak. It combines buttery caramel on the palate with traditional notes of summer fruit, vanilla and oak.
